Cancellation Policy

Olga Tutoring – Policies and Terms of Service Welcome to Olga Tutoring! We provide high-quality online Maths tutoring for students aged 7–16. Our mission is to build strong foundations and confidence in mathematics through consistent, personalised support. Please read and understand the following policies before booking sessions. 1. Services Offered We offer live, 1-to-1 online tutoring sessions via a secure video platform. Session Options: Single Session – 50 minutes: £30 10-Session Plan – £290 (valid for 3 months from date of purchase) 15-Session Plan – £420 (valid for 3 months from date of purchase) 20-Session Plan – £540 (valid for 6 months from date of purchase) 30-Session Plan – £750 (valid for 9 months from date of purchase) All sessions include a structured lesson plan tailored to the student’s level and goals. 2. Booking Policy Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Booking is done through direct contact (email/phone/website form). You will receive confirmation and login details once your session is scheduled. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before a session will be charged in full. No refunds are given once a session or package is purchased. If a student is late, the tutor will wait for 15 minutes. After that, the session is marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. 4. Payment Policy All payments are made online via our website. Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used session plans. Session plans have fixed validity periods (see Section 1). Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited. 5. Student Code of Conduct To ensure productive and respectful lessons: Students must be prepared and logged in on time. Distractions should be minimised (quiet environment, no background apps running). Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. 6. Privacy Policy Olga Tutoring values your privacy. Student data is not shared with third parties. Data may be used internally for analytics and improvement of our services, but never for marketing or advertising outside Olga Tutoring. 7.
