At Olga Maths, we aim to provide a reliable and supportive learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

1. Cancellations by the Student

More than 24 hours notice:
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or to move the session to another time (subject to availability). -
Less than 24 hours notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Missed Sessions / No-Show
If you miss a session without prior notice ("no-show"), the session will be charged in full and is not refundable.

3. Cancellations by Olga Maths
If we need to cancel a session (e.g., due to illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the choice of:

A full refund, or
-
Rescheduling the session at a mutually convenient time

4. Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted or cut short due to technical problems caused by Olga Maths, a partial or full refund will be offered depending on the situation.
If the issue is on the student's end (e.g., poor internet connection, unprepared device), no refund is guaranteed — though we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.

5. Packages
For multi-session packages:

We offer no refunds for the entiraty of the session plans, unless there is extreme unforseen circumstances.

Sessions themselves can be rescheduled however not cancelled.

Once the session plan has exceeded its expiration date, no refunds can be made, even if there is unused sessions remaining.
